Weekly Dance of The Chakras- each week we Ascend from One Chakra to the next starting with the Base. Be Guided and Transformed as we dance to Chakra Resonant Music & Create Mandala Art one week at a time.

Participants will meet weekly to learn about the different aspects each chakra represents, then we dance the Chakra Meditation and complete the session with beautiful Mandala Art (supplies included).

Chakra Prompts are given to reflect upon throughout the week as you look for those aspects of each chakra in your activities of daily living.

Journaling your experience will deepen the transformational experience in ways you can only imagine, when you make time to write from your deepest self.

When we meet the following week, you can share your experiences before we move onto the ascending chakra on our journey through theses Energy Systems.

At the end of each 9 week session we will bring all of the mandala art pieces to the circle and reflect upon the whole experience and what transformations occured over the Divine Time Frame.
