CHAKRADANCE- Experience Intuition & Integrative Connectivity with Self & Others
CHAKRADANCE a Integration Experience of Connectivity through Divine Time 4 Self Care. We all have energy systems comprised of at least 9 systems recognized by ancient spiritual theology & modern science that can now back it up.
In my work as a Energy Medicine Practitioner & Facilitator, I walk my clients through each of the Energy Systems, based in order of what systems are in the most immediate need of attention.
The Chakras being one of the energy systems that seems to come up relatively quick in sessions and has shown me to be a great facilitator for teaching my clients how to connect with themselves for a deeper more intimate relationship of exploration & discovery for personal & global growth & Healing.
The Chakras can reveal a lot of information and offer a clear directive as a point of reference for Self Care, Self Work, Self Determination and Self Awareness. I offer Chakra Assessments open the door for Balancing, Clearing and Deep Inner Knowledge, and Chakradance is a wonderful point to connect through Movement, Guided Imagery, Chakra Resonant Music, and Jungian Theory through relating with Archetypes.
Chakradance workshops are offered either Privately or in Groups, Virtually and In-person.
I offer a variety of Chakra Resonant Modalities including a 9-week series workshop in person called “Freedom” and Online workshop called “Heal Your Life”.
We all travel through life having different experiences, Some are joyful, positive, exciting, loving … and these all shape us and our lives.
But as part of the human journey, we will all have some painful experiences as well. It might be heartbreak, divorce, loss of a loved one, a traumatic incident.
In an ideal world, when we have these experiences, we process them at the time and then we release them and grow from the experience. But instead, what happens for many of us, in an attempt to not feel the pain, we bury the painful feelings, memories, or trauma.
Unconsciously, we trap unexpressed, unresolved, and unprocessed energy in our bodies, our energy fields, chakras, and our unconscious, and this is often what causes suffering in our lives … it can show up as symptoms like anxiety, depression, addictions, the unhealthy patterns of behavior, the illnesses that we don’t understand.
Our main intention with Chakradance is to free ourselves from our past. To safely, and gently, release this buried energy. Once we release this blocked energy, we can rediscover and embrace the fullness of who we are. We find our passion, purpose, power, truth, authenticity. We can live the lives we are meant to live.
Chakradance is a movement therapy modality. It’s a unique fusion of Jungian psychology, the chakras, dance, chakra resonant music, guided visualization, and mandala art. It is a practice where we heal dance by dance, chakra by chakra, but having said that, you can have spontaneous healings in one session, and even deeper healings from going deeper into the journey of yourself and learning techniques to do at home to create A Life your in most positive alignment with.
We will start with beautiful white light moving meditations to help us arrive both physically and energetically and then I will guide my clients in a dance through all seven chakras, from the base up to the crown. The first dance is the Dance of all 7 Chakras and each consecutive week/visit we move through the individual chakras and explore your chakra system in depth, to open up a whole new way of perception for your inner & outer world.
After the Dance I teach Mindfulness Exercises to take home to continue observing your inner & outer dance of life. Most of us can get stuck in patterns rhythms, and habits; we find ourselves over-using some chakras, while others become more dormant and weaker. Becoming mindful of our energy dances gives us the opportunity to consciously bring our system into balance.
Different jobs and lifestyles will affect the dynamics of our chakras. A singer or public speaker will be drawing heavily on their throat chakra; a counselor will be calling on heart energy for empathy and compassion; and an athlete needs the physical strength of the base chakra. It is completely natural to draw on the strengths of a particular chakra, however problems arise when our chakra system fails to change gear and we get stuck in a single mode of functioning.
The dance of wholeness is about firstly becoming aware of our energy movements and then consciously creating a dance that brings balance to our chakras.
Energy exercises focus on your whole chakra system. Clients may feel a call or need to return to specific energy exercises as part of your balancing dance, but throughout each week it is also beneficial to work with the system as a whole and this is done in session and in your home.
In learning to Divine Time 4 Self Care the first lesson is to set aside a short amount of time each day, to Ground, Center and Develop Awareness through Intentional Observation and Focused Attention into the inner world of your own chakras.
You may find you need to create more time for quiet meditation if your day has been very physical and active. If you have been in the office all day, go out into nature on the weekend. You may need to focus on bringing more pleasure and play into your life if your job requires a lot of intensity. The dance of wholeness is a dance of mindfulness and balancing. It requires time, patience, and persistence.
However, the more our energy systems are brought into harmonious balance, the easier it is to maintain that balance, and the reward is a happy and balanced life.
Do you meditate? if not I teach you simple meditation techniques that take as little as 5 minutes and as long as 15-20 minute activations and you can create your own practice that works with your lifestyle and each program is tailored to each Individual Person and designed to focus your awareness on each of the seven chakras and bring balance to your system as a whole.
Throughout the meditation, your breath and intention are the keys. You can breathe anything you choose into your being – love, wisdom, light, as energy follows thought. Meditation is primarily focusing on your Breath, which helps one to connect with multidimensional Sources of Divine Guidance & Intuition. There is more to life than this 3D view we’ve been limited too, by modern-day cultural standards.
My Meditations are Guided Imagery, and they deepen the impact of your meditation. When we include the element of Insightful Guidance, amazing things can happen. So I use prompts that allow the individual to see things in their own minds eye, a view of their own intuitive images not mine, this allows the inner psyche to show us where imbalances may be hiding, and awareness gets them ready to be understood better, forgiven, released and healed.
Of course good things happen in our lives and those are also present because this work is all done is a safe nurturing and healing container of Love and Higher Divine Will.
